So it actually didn’t turn out to be live from Mobius. Believe it or not, none of the Ethernet ports worked in the room where the conference is being held. WiFi is no use, since Microsoft uses 802.1x, a more secure variant of WiFi that no one can access.
Apart from a rather unconvincing presentation about Smart Display, which is sort of like a cheaper, consumer-oriented version of the Tablet PC, Mobius 2002 has been a rollercoaster ride of new gadgets. Smartphones, Pocket PC Phones, and regular old Pocket PCs, and the people behind lots of great gadget sites were: PDABuzz.com, PocketPCThoughts.com, Geek.com, Infosync.com, etc.
