That Mac users sometimes need a two-button mouse is no secret, and like your Aunt’s sometimes need for two boyfriends, it’s something we’ve all learned not to discuss. MacMice’s new “Mouse AL” tries to minimize the embarrassment by camouflaging its two-button scroll wheel mouse in the shiny aluminum of a Powermac or Powerbook. And while like most third-party peripherals, it doesn’t look as painstakingly put together as the actual Apple hardware (although I must admit, it could just be the pictures), it does give Mac users an option besides using one of the clashing, if functional, Microsoft or Logitech offerings.
