NASA’s Atlantis Shuttle crew lands in New York!

Self-respecting geeks living in NYC have got virtually no excuse not to meet up with the crew of NASA’s Atlantis this week — the last team to fly aboard a space shuttle.

The team of astronauts will be in the Big Apple all week long meeting with members of the public at various events around the city, which include a visit to the Colbert Report and a free public event on Wednesday called “What’s Your Favorite Space?” at Eventi Plaza. Here’s a list of times and locations where you can catch the crew for questions, autographs, and more:

When: Tuesday, August 16 from 10:30 am to 11:30 am

Where: The American Museum of Natural History

When: Wednesday, August 17 from 10am to 4pm

Where: Eventi Plaza

When: Thursday, August 18 from 10 am to 2:30 pm

Where: New York City’s Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum
