Not exactly within most gadget geeks budget, but Sony has a new networkable professional-use digital projector out. The SuperSmart VPL-FX51 can accept all the usual inputs: S-video, HDTV, digital TV, composite video, etc, but since it can also be controlled to the Internet or a LAN via its Ethernet port, it can be controlled using a Web browser. What’d be even better would be a projector that could stream video straight off the Web.
