You totally know that actor. He was in that movie you watched just last week—oh God, what was his name? With Hulu’s new Face Match service, your days of almost remembering stars are over.
According to a recent post on Hulu’s blog, the Face Match engine will pop a small window with info on any actor on the screen—just hover your mouse over the person’s face. The video pauses and up comes the information including the actor’s bio, biggest roles—even their Twitter handle. The service is still in development—currently only working episodes from Glee, The Office, Wilfred, Modern Family and Lost—but should be expanded to Hulu’s entire library in the coming months.
