Last year Salton subsidiary Beyond came out with the iCEBOX FlipScreen, a PC for the kitchen designed to be mounted underneath a cabinet. Now they have another kitchen computer out called the CounterTop which is deisgned to sit on… well you can figure it out. Has some nice features you’d hope to find in a kitchen PC, like a touch screen, a waterproof keyboard, a splash-resistant case. That’s assuming that you really need to have a computer in your kitchen, since two grand seems like a lot to drop on a recipe organizer.
