Pics and specs have surfaced for a whole bunch of new mid-range iPAQ Pocket PCs from HP. The HP iPAQ 2200 (pictured at right) will have either a 200MHz or 400MHz processor, 64MB of RAM, 32MB of ROM, SD/IO and CF expansion slots, and optional Bluetooth. HP’s iPAQ 1940 and 1945 series will have a 266MHz processor, 64MB of RAM and SD/IO expansion slots. HP’s iPAQ 1930, 1935, and 1937 series looks about the same, but with a 203MHz, instead of a 266MHz, processor.
