The Nexxion Curve will no doubt draw comparisons to Apple’s old iMac, given the striking resemblance. The Curve isn’t a computer, though, but merely a TV that features an integrated DVD player. The 15″ LCD has an decent contrast ratio of 500:1, but with combination players like this, style may take precedence over substance, as further indicated by the somewhat slow 12ms response time.

As with most DVD players, the Curve will also be able to play discs loaded with MP3s. While it probably won’t output enough sound to make George Lucas happy, it may be acceptable for people in small apartments or kids in dorm rooms. It comes in the five colors seen here, but pricing and availability information are MIA.
