This month marks the 25th anniversary of Super Mario Bros., and in good form Nintendo has painted Wiis red and rereleased Super Mario All Stars in a cherry red boxset. Itsa Mario time!
The Wii is sadly Japan-only, destined for release on November 11th for $240, but the Super Mario All Stars boxset will get released in Europe on December 3rd. A CD soundtrack and “retrospective DVD” (can I hear a few “ooohs” please?), along with a history book will all be bundled into the pack. [Kotaku and Kotaku]
