Nokia Plans To Release 40 Phones In 2004

Nokia mentioned today that it intends to release 40 handsets this year, or about the same amount released in 2003. With only seven phones released so far this year—and only one release at this year’s CeBIT—the Finnish giant will have to ramp up production a bit to meet that mark. Also of note is Nokia’s intention to “increase the number of R&D personnel.”
