This is a new one: a standalone digital camera for cellphones. The Fun Camera from Nokia has 8MB of internal RAM, the idea is that once you fill up its memory you attach the camera to a compatible Nokia phone, transfer the photos, and then send them to friends in emails or MMS messages. It doesn’t actually take better pictures than you can take with most cameraphones, and you could probably do pretty much the same thing with one of those new Bluetooth digital cameras.
