Just about the best thing we saw yesterday at the CeBIT America tech trade show that’s going on here in New York was NTT DoCoMo’s 1.3 megapixel cameraphone, the SO505i from Sony Ericsson. Now there’s another one megapixel cameraphone coming out from DoCoMo, the Mova SH505i, which has a 2.4-inch color display and an SD memory card slot.
