This isn’t the first time we’ve heard mutterings of Samsung’s Nexus Prime, but according to the Korean Electronic Times paper, it could launch in October with Android 4.0, aka Ice Cream Sandwich.

Some specs have been spilt (or simply reaffirmed BGR’s scoop from a few months back), namely that the phone will have a 4.5-inch 720p Super AMOLED HD screen, and will have a 1.5GHz processor ticking away inside. I should probably point out that the phone pictured is a Nexus S, not a Nexus Prime—if anyone wants to drop any photos of the Nexus Prime into my inbox, you know where to find me.
