One of the biggest downsides of cameraphones is that the resolution of the built-in digital cameras are woefully poor, usually a third of a megapixel at best. Now J-Phone and DoCoMo are working on phone with a one megapixel sensor that should be out by May. Of course emailing those larger pictures to friends will that much more difficult.
