Keitai Watch continues their coverage of ITU TELECOM ASIA 2004 currently going on in Seoul today, and brings back some images of some Panasonic “Beyond 3G” concept phones.
Pictured at the right is one of the five phones, sort of a jellyfish-inspired model. Also displayed was the “X200,” a bar type GSM phone with a 12.9mm thickness, Java support, and a .3MP camera. I’m a bar man myself, so I welcome more of this style.
As any “concept” phone display goes, we do of course have weird products that will probably never make it to market. These products are a “sunglass type” phone, “perfume type” phone, and “accessory type” phone. I hope you’re not disappointed to learn that this is the most detail I can go into; I’m working off of only one Japanese sentence and a small image. Concept phones are usually cool looking, and it’s a shame that most don’t see the light of day. At least I think so.
