The Stratosphere, one of the taller hotel/casinos in old Vegas, has a new way to get your kicks: by jumping off its roof and living to tell the tale.
The new attraction will let you take a controlled freefall from 855 feet up for a mere $100. You won’t be truly freefalling, unfortunately; three cables will ensure that you don’t got any faster than 40MPH. But somehow I think that when you’re dropping down from that high up, you won’t notice the difference.
And if you’re worried about safety concerns, don’t sweat it. It’s Vegas! People gamble all the time there.
