Narcissists unite! Philips has added their Magic Mirror technology to one of their upcoming cell phones, the 639. The Magic Mirror is simply a graphical display hidden behind a mirror. When the display is off, you just see mirror, but when it’s on you see graphics. Vanity value aside, the design of the phone is pretty hot -clean, sleek and simple. Turning on the display behind the mirror adds to the wow factor. Funny that they didn’t include an embedded camera (there will be an accessory available, though). You’d think someone who buys this would want to take lots of self portraits.
