Philips Semiconductor has announced a single-package solution that integrates both WiFi and Bluetooth into the same small unit, allowing both wireless protocols to be added more easily and cheaply to small devices. The new system even uses a proprietary four-wire interface to run interference, or really, run out interference between the two radios that operate on similar frequencies.
