Philips has designed a concept ‘Relax to Win’ sensor, which when worn between two fingers measures galvanic skin response to determine exactly how laid back you are, which in turn causes a dragon to float into the air and buy you some more Cheetos (or something). Although it’s just a prototype, it looks like the ‘calming effect’ is just the software, which happens to encourage good behavior. I think I’d rather have a game where I get a 1,000 points every time I make myself have a stroke (reader email usually does the trick). (Thanks, Adnan!)
