Pocket PC vs. Palm is shaping up to be one of the great rivalries of our day, a rivalry that’s heating up now that both lines of PDAs have become even more competitive with each other in terms of price and functionality. Most surprising, the cost of new Pocket PCs are dropping even more quickly than those of Palm-powered handhelds. With that in mind.
