Phone Arena is saying to expect the PalmOne Treo 650 from Verizon on May 11th for business customers, with a consumer launch to follow on the 23rd. That’s not confirmed, mind you, but just a rumor. And while we’re talking about rumors, most of the people I’ve had a chance to ask about the wireless networking speeds of the Verizon 650 have said not to expect EV-DO.
That’s dumb—why did it take half-a-year to launch on Verizon if they weren’t making it any better?
