When you go to the beach, there’s always a chance you’ll stumble across something lost in the sand like loose change or a piece of lost jewelry. You never imagine you might find actual buried treasure.
But a group of guys at Venice Beach did just that this Memorial Day. Except it was all a prank (and perhaps a viral ad for the Chevy Sonic they’re driving in the beginning of the video). They fooled a crowd of beach-goers into thinking they had discovered a chest full of gold doubloons. Turns out, it was just chocolate. The set-up is fun. The reactions? Amazing.
