Amazon is taking pre-orders for the Versa LitePad from NEC, the world’s thinnest and lightest Tablet PC. The LitePad is just six-tenths of an inch thick, weighs just 2.2 pounds, and has a 10.4 inch screen, 256MB of RAM, 20GB hard drive, and both 802.11a and 802.11b built-in. Looks more like a giant PDA than an actual PC.
