A new wireless “network appliance” from Procom. The Taurus isn’t cheap — the price of the basic configuration starts at $1,700 — but it can function both as a web and email server and as an 802.11b wireless access point. It also comes with pp to a 250GB hard drive for networked storage and an omni-directional, high-powered antenna that they claim can reliably extend the range of its WiFi to 600 feet.
