PuTTY, the popular free SSH client, has a new beta version for Symbian OS, allowing encrypted remote terminal access via your Series 60 mobile phone anywhere you have GPRS or other data service. Right now testing is being done mostly on Nokia phones, but a Sony Ericsson P800 version is in the pipe. Input might be slow, but it’ll work in a pinch. Good thing ‘su’ is only two letters.
