Despite that blasted merger between Sirius and XM, humble companies like Raymarine are still pushing out their satellite radio products. The SR50, for example, is a Sirius Satellite Weather/Audio receiver perfect for your boat, storm chasing vehicle, or hell, for your home. On the lake the weather functions can be extremely helpful with wind, wave, surface temperature and other information. The SR50 will be available in April—no word on pricing, but these types of units generally cost a lot (upwards of $1,000).
