While I'm still waiting for an inexpensive wood case replacement for the iPhone 4, there's a solution for a mere $25: Karvt's iPhone 4 skins crafted in real wood. I can't decide between chocolate walnut or natural cherry.

The pine, cherry, and bamboo versions look beautiful. You can get them in maple and walnut too. I wouldn't use the front skin, just the back. And only until a true back replacement came out. [Karvt]

I have the Chocolate Walnut for my 13" Al. Macbook. It has a 3M adhesive on the back, so it's semi-permanent, but I'm happy with it. It is pure sex. Just smelling the wood brings me back to high school woodshop, making out with my then-girlfriend in the wood storage cupboard during lunch, followed by swim practice. Good times.
