We’re exclusively premiering the red band trailer for the British monster movie Storage 24. Written by and starring Doctor Who’s Noel Clarke, this movie has a very simple premise: a bunch of folks are locked in a storage unit with a giant alien, and that alien is PISSED. Watch as people are happily sliced apart by a real-life alien monster. There’s no copious CG for this baddie. Almost all of this alien’s kills are practical effects, and you can tell.
Here’s the synopsis:
London is in chaos. A military cargo plane has crashed leaving its highly classified contents strewn across the city. Completely unaware London is in lockdown, Charlie (Noel Clarke) and Shelley (Antonia Campbell-Hughes), accompanied by best friends Mark (Colin O’Donoghue) and Nikki (Laura Haddock), are at Storage 24 dividing up their possessions after a recent break-up. Suddenly, the power goes off. Trapped in a dark maze of endless corridors, a mystery predator is hunting them one by one. In a place designed to keep things in, how do you get out?
Storage 24 is currently On Demand, and will be premiering in theaters on January 11th.
