Remember the Jornada? We sure as hell do, and almost five years after we declared it dead it is still lingering. This time it is for sale at Geeks.com. They really aren't that terrific of deals—Jornada 720 for $190 and Jornada 728 for $250—but it is still interesting to see random stores finding boxes of the six-year-old Jornada still lying around. For reference, the prices pretty much match that of what they are going for on eBay. This really raises the question: Was the Jornada the original UMPC?

@Big_markey_t: Psions were the shit. I had Diamond branded Psion Revo. I wouldn't have sold mine if the screen had a backlight. Best portable computer I ever had. if I find a good deal on a M5x later on I think I will buy one again. Jornadas will b around forever, many places have them brand new or refurb, because many businesses still use them for corporate use. Personally i want something with built in wifi and bluetooth, plus a phone, I am waiting for the Nokia E90.
