Samsung and Microsoft team up

Samsung and Microsoft have partnered to create a reference design for a low-cost Pocket PC that will have 32MB of RAM, a 200MHz processor, a Secure Digital slot, and weigh just 2.9 ounces. If this brings the price of a Pocket PC down to $99, Palm is in big, big trouble.
