PDA Buyer’s Guide has a review of the Samsung i700 Pocket PC Phone Edition from Verizon, a 300MHz Xscale PDA phone. The CDMA phone gets good all-around marks, and even takes kindly to a little overclocking (with surprisingly little effect on battery life). It has its limitations, like a lack of integreated Bluetooth or WiFi, but in general is a phone worth considering if you like yours Pocket PC.
