Samsung is teaming up with wrap-dress maven Diane von Furstenburg to develop yet another line of ‘fashionable’ products, starting with this sort of wretched limited-edition DVF Mobile phone. While the clamshell has all the usual bits, its most unique feature is an accessory called the “CityBand,” which allows lip gloss, credit card, and phone to all be clipped together into one small, easily-swung package.
Someday these fashion phones are going to stop being ugly. Then they’ll be really popular, I bet.
