Information is sketchy and rumor-ridden thus far, but we're hearing Sanyo is preparing its M1 clamshell for release through Sprint on November 5. The cellphone is said to have a gigabyte of internal memory and a 2-megapixel camera, along with Bluetooth, Readylink, EVDO, and a 240x320 display. On the outside there will reportedly be a 128x96 color screen.

The downside? The phone is more than an inch thick, making it a real phatty compared to most of its svelte competitors. Word has the phone selling for around $350. Neither Sanyo nor Sprint has announced anything officially about the M1, but we'll keep you posted.
