During a recent interview with Empire, Saoirse Ronan revealed she’s campaigning to play the villain in a James Bond movie.
I want to go dark. I said that I wanted to be a Bond villain and I’m dead serious. I think it would be really interesting, having a young female villain. Especially for girls and women, to see someone who can just take all that pent-up anger and direct it somewhere, there’s something interesting in that dramatically. So I would love to do more of that.

Scout Taylor-Compton and Danielle Harris write, direct, and star-in Last Chance Motel, a horror film in which a newlywed couple’s “dream wedding spirals into a bloody nightmare when they uncover that their secluded venue, a desolate motel deep in the Nevada desert, is run by a relentless bloodthirsty family with dark secrets.” Heather Langenkamp, Sierra McCormick, Zachary Roozen, Robert Allen Mukes, Shane West, and Monica Keena co-star.
