Bogus or not bogus?: Although it’s an intriguing theory, it’s probably bogus.
I can’t imagine Sega would try to get back in the hardware game—the very thing that put them in the weakened position to be taken over by Sammy in the first place—but it’s fun to speculate about, at least.
