Back in November, British manufacturer Sendo was about to introduce the Z100, the second cellphone to run Microsoft’s Smartphone OS, when it suddenly pulled the plug and announced that it would go with Series 60 from Nokia instead. No one knew exactly why, and neither company would give a solid reason for what happened. Sendo has filed suit against Microsoft, alleging that Redmond stole its intellectual property in order to help Orange with its SPV Smartphone. The Register has all the salacious details.
