All those Toshiba e740 owners demanding an upgrade to the new Pocket PC 2003 operating system better be careful what they wish for. Apparently Dell’s Axim X5 Pocket PC that have been upgraded to the new OS actually run more slowly than they did before, not faster as one might expect. Dell is said to be working on a fix.
