Our Jesus will be a happy bunny. The new Bravia ad from Sony has one of his favorite tracks ever: The Stones' She's A Rainbow. I'm happy because there's a giant rabbit made out of Play-Doh, and New Yorkers are happy because— well, it never pays to be typecast, does it? [Sony Bravia via Media Guardian]
I personally really dug the people in the shots, and I thought they added a lot to the commercial. It's much easier to work in a set where it's closed off and nobody can walk and you don't have to worry about your stuff getting stepped on or messed up. You also don't have to trip over people or be in their way and make sure it's ok to have them on film. It was a lot more work to have people in the shots and make it look like the stuff was going on around them, independent of them.
