Sony Cybershot DSC-T1 Review

JOEL JOHNSON

Reading time 1 minute

Imaging-Resource has a typically in-depth review of the newish Sony Cybershot DSC-T1, a pint-size 5.1 megapixel camera that happens to be incredibly full-featured. An vertically-mounted internal lens keeps the DSC-T1 compact even in-use while allowing under two second start-up time for quick shots. Add in the 2.5 inch LCD monitor and a fast USB interface and we appear to have a winner. I’ve been looking for another camera to compliment my currently shared PowerShot S400 sidearm — only the DSC-T1’s lack of a tripod mounting keep it from the running. If you don’t have a need for a mounting on a pocket camera, this is a good one to check out.
