Mobile9 reports that Sony Ericsson will be shipping its first 3G handset, the Z1010, in a few days to a few Middle Eastern markets where 3G is supported. 3G hasn’t exactly taken off in most markets, but a shortage of good handsets has been at least a small part of the problem.
