Even though we love the sleek look of Sony’s Vaio W line of all-in-one desktop PCs, we’ve never been totally convinced of their practicality, especially their folding keyboards. We’re hoping we might be won over by the latest version of the W, the PCV-W500GN1, which will come with a widescreen 17.5-inch display, a 2.66GHz processor, 512MB of RAM, a 160GB hard drive, a combination DVD burner/CD-RW drive, and Sony’s Giga Pocket digital video recorder software for recording and playing back television shows.
