From TDV, what looks like the first sub-$1000 Tablet PC, the nVision 1500. The 1500 has a 12-inch LCD screen, a wireless keyboard, a Transmeta 1GHz processor, 20GB hard drive, and 256MB of RAM. No built-in 802.11b, but that’s added easily enough. It’s about time these started to come down in price, hopefully they’ll reach $500 sometime next year.
