They’re not quite as detailed as that magnificent Halo Master Chief motorcycle helmet from last week, but these equally beautiful hand-painted helmets from Air Graffix also won’t require you to mortgage your home to afford one. They range in price from $500 to $800 depending on the amount of detail required to recreate a design, but you can also save a few bucks on the process by supplying your own helmet.
Oddly enough, the smooth, streamlined design of these helmets will probably actually do a better job at protecting your head in a crash than the Master Chief one, since there are no added details that can get caught or snagged if you find yourself sliding across the road. And since Air Graffix’s helmets are finished with an automotive-grade high-gloss urethane clearcoat, these painted designs should survive the occasional run-in with some asphalt.
