Actually, scratch that. Surprising no one, the iPad 2 was jailbroken this weekend, and has thereby joined all the other jailbroken iOS devices ever put forth on this great green earth by Apple.
The news arrived earlier this evening courtesy Comex, who says he would have had this done yesterday if not for a replacement exploit. You’re slipping dude!
I kid. There’s no word on when this will be available to you, the iPad 2 user in need of jailbreaking, but I’m guessing it won’t be too long. In the meantime, you can watch the video and enjoy one less hour of sleep tomorrow morning. [Redmond Pie]
