The first trailer for the BBC’s remake of the 1970s post-apocalyptic show The Survivors is up, and… it’s very pretty. The music and the sort of noodling bits of dialogue make me think this show is going to feature the last survivors of a deadly plague holding hands and maybe putting pieces of fruit in each other’s mouths. Even the stuff about wishing you hadn’t survived the plague sounds more stoned than sad. But I’m still excited to see the real thing. [SurvivorsBBCTV]
