HTC's HD2 might have only been out for less than two weeks, but they still can't keep the phone in stock, selling out again this week. Furthermore, up to 21,000 HD2 phones have sold in a single day.

T-Mobile doesn't know when they'll get more HD2's in stock (and be able to keep them in stock), but they'll let customers know when more phones are available. For now, you can load Windows 7 on an iPad and pretend it's a giant HD2. (KIDDING!) [Slashphone via Electronista]

I bought my HD2 on the first day (even got the 35% bing cashback for out of contract phones).

I had never really used windows mobile before, and I have to say I can't believe all the animosity towards the OS. My wife uses an iphone and while I enjoy the iphone OS, I found myself much more preferring the customization and tweaking power of winmo. Just knowing I could make registry changes or the like is a great feeling.

The HD2 is the best phone I've ever owned, and thus far I see no reason to change to the EVO.
