Need help picking a cellphone? Cellphones.About.com has a test for helping you figure out which phone will have the features you want. They recommended Samsung’s SCH-A460 for me, which is the successor to the phone I have now, and what I probably would have bought instead had it been available. So the test might be worth taking if you’re in the market for a new handset.
