Christopher from TabletPCTalk writes in about the Tangy 830 from Tatung, which he calls “kinda the ‘great but unknown’ Tablet PC”. The Tangy 830 has a 800 MHz Pentium III mobile processor, 128 MB of RAM, a 10.4 inch TFT screen, and built-in 802.11b.
