We want to hear from both sides of the bar.

We know it’s not easy to work at an Apple Store, facing an endless line of customers, some of whom act hugely entitled. The infamous “Lady Goes Crazy At An Apple Store” video is the third autofill result if you start typing “woman screaming” into your browser.

One of my old coworkers used to share anecdotes of live roaches in the hardware and other critters he encountered that I’ve never been able to forget. And as the moment captured above demonstrates, often it’s human beings causing the most trouble.

Not really a horrorshow, but it always bugs me that Apple has no concept of enterprise level support. I work at a company that buys at least a million dollars worth of Apple equipment every year. Yet whenever I have to take something to the Genius Bar, I have to queue up along with the grannies and teenagers.

If I have a busted Dell, the tech comes right to my site and fixes it right there. And we don’t even have that many Dells.
