Rumors that the unstoppable Terminator franchise was being deactivated have turned out to be totally false. Various sites reported last week that Terminator 4, the post-apocalyptic robot-fighting sequel starring Christian Bale as John Connor, was cancelled. But now it’s just been announced that Moon Bloodgood (the smirking time-traveler from TV’s Journeyman) will co-star in T-4 as a resistance fighter suffering from survivor’s guilt because she survived the nuclear holocaust. And the movie starts principal photography May 5. Meanwhile, it’s official that Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles will have a second season on Fox, so we’ll find out if Summer Glau survived almost getting blown up in the season finale.
